Welcome to the Caymanian Bar Association.
Since its inception nearly 30 years ago, the CBA's mandate has been to serve the legal profession and represent the views and interests of Caymanian attorneys ...
The CBA currently represents the interests of over 230 Caymanian attorneys and over 100 Caymanian law students and articled clerks.
Our mission also includes the protection, promotion and enhancement of Caymanian attorneys through the promotion of training and development and career progression within the legal profession. We also work with the Government of the Cayman Islands, the Cayman Islands Law Society and other stakeholders to encourage the constant review of the law and desired law reform.
Our Council is comprised of a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary along with 5 other Council members, all of whom are elected annually by our members. For further details on our current Council please click here .
Our Student Chapter provides a forum for Caymanian law students and articled clerks seeking a career in law. For further information on our Student Chapter please visit our Student Chapter Page or contact one of our Student Chapter Representatives.
