Erik joined the Caymanian Bar Association in 2013 was elected as Treasurer in April 2017 and previously served as a Council Member. He was also a member of the Student Chapter of the CBA from 2008 -2013.
Erik is an associate in the litigation department of Conyers Dill & Pearman. He was called to the Cayman Islands Bar in 2013 after completing pupillage in Lincoln’s Inn and a secondment at Farrer & Co in London. His practice covers all areas of international commercial and trust litigation. Additionally, he advises on non-contentious trusts, wills and probate.
Erik holds a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University (2006) and a LLB from the University of Liverpool (2011). He completed the BPTC at BPP Law School in London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2012.
